Coaching that helps you improve focus, execution, and performance - without relying on last-minute pressure.

Over the last 5 years, Betsy has worked one-on-one with dozens of students and professionals who want to improve their thinking in order to learn better or perform at a higher level. She graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics and from The University of Illinois at Chicago with a Masters in Education in Instructional Leadership. She is also a certified mediator in the Feuerstein Method, which focuses on developing the skill of learning how to learn. Her passion for improving thinking and learning emerged during her own struggle with challenging and unfamiliar course content in college–working hard but not always seeing results, and often needing a clearer way to approach what she was being asked to do. Then it only grew as she worked with adult learners internationally and in Chicago who were overcoming barriers to their personal and professional goals by learning how to read in their own language, learning English as a Second Language or earning professional diplomas–often while balancing work, family, and the demands of daily life. Finally, working one-on-one with students, professionals and families has been immensely fulfilling as Betsy strategically designs growth pathways with clients to target skill, practices and mindsets that lead to long-term success and resilience. Through this work, clients build clarity around their work, greater confidence in how they approach it, and more consistently in their results over time.Betsy lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with her husband and two sons. She loves exploring outdoors, reading, writing music and following the NFL.
